DIAGNOSIS

About pain​​

  • You will experience pain if there is food stuck in your teeth where cavities exist.​​

  • If you have pain when drinking hot water, you should visit the office as soon as possible.

  • If you have gum disease, you will probably not experience pain at all; however, you will possibly experience dull pain if the case is acute.

  • If you experience pain, it is always better to visit the office as soon as possible.

  • It is extremely important to undergo routine examinations. Sometimes, you will not experience pain for gum disease.

Treatment

​

  • Scaling (teeth cleaning) will prevent tooth decay and gum disease. It is recommend to get cleaning once or twice per year.

  • Root canal treatment will take about 1 month (sometimes, it will take 3 to 6 months, depending on the case).

  • Implant surgery will take about 4 to 6 months.
